Single Session Therapy
I offer single session therapy to clients who may be new to therapy and would like to try it out, or are perhaps restricted in terms of cost or time.
If you know what you would like to focus on and would like to work with me in a more solution focused way, single session therapy could be for you.
Prices
Single Session therapy can be held either online, on the phone or in person within a relaxing therapy room in Northamptonshire.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are priced at £50 per session.
